I worked with Andy many years ago as part of the SLT at Denbigh and was lucky enough to be involved in his interview for the Deputy Head role that brought him to the school. As part of his presentation on the second day he used a banana as a prop to make the point that we don't have to do things the way we always have. At the end he peeled the banana and ate it, genius and always entertaining.

He was a brilliant teacher and a great colleague.

So sorry to hear of his untimely passing, great loss for his family and the community.
