Andy was nothing short of exceptional as an educator and as a mentor. He make education fun, he taught us to develop our own individuality and he saw the potential in everyone. He gave his time and advice so freely.

One thing I loved about his lessons was his commitment to encouraging engagement and making learning fun. Despite been serious teens, Andy introduced us to the Gummy Bear song which was just brilliant to break up the day and inject fun in those crucial educational years.
