It has been an honour to work with Andy over the years on so many aspects of educating young people in Milton Keynes. Andy was always prepared to support and challenge in equal measure and in meetings he had the knack of verbalising the question or issue on everyone's mind. School improvement and developing positive outcomes for young people were at the heart of all that Andy did. His spirit lives on in his own school and across the city and we would do well to keep in mind the question, "What would Andy think?". Rest in peace Andy, from all at Walton High.
