I wish I was a wordsmith so could be eloquent about how much you meant to the school, the community, the governing body & to your staff & students. But I’m not, & that’s OK, because Andy, you always accepted us as we were and unassumingly and with humility gave a “hand up” of encouragement wherever & whenever you could. You have left a massive void that we will work hard to fill to continue the legacy that you built. Fly high fella, rest easy knowing you made a huge impact to every single life you touched.
